Let's get started....

I like that so much better than 'Beginner's Class' For anyone who is just getting interested into card making or mainly focuses on scrapbooking please come to my free class on Saturday October 6th from 10am-noon and we'll make an simple card and then a little more fancy card. One will be quick and easy and the other one will incorporate things like wheels, embossing and more. I can't wait! I am really excited about these two cards! Please preregister so I know how many to prepare for by calling 6045239839 or through email. I know there are a bunch of people who just want to stamp and cut and create and don't always have the time or energy or motivation to use the supplies they have at home. Some people may have limited supplies and just want to see what they can do with them. Please come and enjoy and make something to boot. If it's not your thing to do the simple stuff you can save the date for Saturday October 6th That's World Cardmaking Day. Sounds like a contrived made up holiday for scrapbooking companies to rake in the cash you say. Well actually it was started by a group that was making and donating cards to charities. I can't quite remember if it was for troops over seas or sick children or who exactly it was for but it developed into a Papercrafts sponsored event. Don't forget to check out the World Cardmaking Day website for more information, for ideas and more! Also local events to celebrate this day also listed on the Stampin'Up! website. Simply Sent kits will be on sale for 20% off as well that weekend.
