World Cardmaking Day October 7th, 2023

COME CRAFT WITH US 2023 It’s time to celebrate one of our favourite days of the year—World Card Making Day! Invite your friends to craft along with us as we express our creativity and make fabulous cards. In just under three hours, we’ll create three unique cards together. Everyone is invited and welcome. EVENT DETAILS Who: Anyone! When: 7 October from 2:00–5:00 p.m. (MT) Where: Online Price of Event: Free Registration Dates: 6 September–7 October 2023 You can participate in the event without registering. However, registration is encouraged because it’s the best way to stay up to date regarding event details. The email address provided will only be used for event communication. Language of Event: Most of the event will be presented in English with language interpretation voiceover and subtitles in English, French, German, and Dutch. Help Support : Support will be available on the event platform one hour before the event begins, during the event, and for 30 minutes following the event. Video on Demand: Our World Card Making Day event will be recorded, and you’ll be able to access it after the live event. It will be available 8–31 October. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS How do I find the link to the event? If you’ve registered for the event, a link will be emailed to you a few days before 7 October. You can also find a link on this page before the event. Return here and click the Watch Event link to participate.

Which specific browsers are supported? For the optimal viewing experience, we recommend using Chromium based browsers such as Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. You can also get good results on Mozilla Firefox or Safari; however, there can be times where there may be slight visual differentiation (video controls, website design, etc.). We recommend always using the latest version of your chosen browser.

Can I watch the event with people that didn’t register? That’s a big yes! Anyone and everyone are welcome to join in the fun. Registration is the best way to keep up on event details, but it’s not required.

Do I have to have a demonstrator to watch the event? No, you can watch the event on your own. However, a demonstrator can help you stay up to date on this event and answer any questions about the cards we’re making (or Stampin’ Up! in general), so we highly recommend finding a demonstrator.

How do I find a demonstrator? If you don’t already have a demonstrator and would like to find one, locate the “Find a Demonstrator” tool at the top left corner of our website (right next to the flag) and click on it.

When can I purchase the products for the event? All items on the Card Making Supply List (see Event Resources) are currently available to purchase. This includes the Circle Sayings Bundle (item 161355), the Earthen Textures Bundle (item 161514), and the Heartfelt Hexagon Bundle (item 162889).

Can I watch and participate in the event even if I don’t want to buy the product? Of course! Purchasing the bundles will add to the fun, but it isn’t necessary to join in. We want everyone to get excited about card making and see how easy, fun, and rewarding it can be. You’re welcome to use your own supplies during the event or simply just watch.
